Will kay jewelers fix a broken off pearl on my necklace?

My necklace is like a circle, with diamond accents on the bottom and a pearl that hangs from the top of the circle. A while back the pearl had bent all the way back so it was even with the rest of the necklace, which the pearl is supposed to be further in front of it. I took it into Kay to see if i needed to fix it but I had bent it forward and it looked fine, and the lady said that she didn’t see anything really wrong with it so it should be okay, but tonight, the whole pearl just broke off. I am worried that they will say that I can’t send it back to be fixed or something. Anyone know anything about this?
Oh, I forgot to mention I have the lifetime warrenty on the necklace.

Take it back to the store.
Yes. Although they will over charge for the repair. I had better luck with the FastFix repair shops and kiosks. They charged a lot less for diamond repair and it looked great!
