Sounds like a gift for a very close friend…normally friends just give each other shirts and stuff like that. I’m sure she’ll appreciate it though!
depends on the person and the cost. you might want to by one that costs less just in case.

If it is a close friend who you have a strong personal relationship with then it should be fine. If you feel its not that much then it isn’t.
