it really depends on how much carat weight the diamond has… do you have the carat weight?

The value depends on the size and quality of the diamond, and to a lesser extent on the quality of the jade and the workmanship. It’s impossible to say based on your description. Take it to a jeweler. Most jewelers will give you a rough appraisal for free.
