no,in my opinion.i think that you’ll “distract” the eyes from the necklace and also these two don’t make a perfect match.you should better wear some pearl stud earrings,if you want to wear earrings.

I would only wear a pearl necklace with pearl earrings. But its 2007 & u wear what you like.

If your ears are pierced more than one time on each ear. I would put a pearl earring in the first piercing. Then put a diamond stud in the next piercing beside the pearl earring.

Of course! I hate it when people say only like styles work. You don’t always want to match, but contrast!! I think it sounds very classy and sexy.
